The Betsy ring is truly a timeless engagement or statement ring. This ring was carefully hand carved and made completely in house. The gold arches on each side are shaped like two hearts meeting in the middle, giving the ring a soft, balanced look without feeling overly traditional.

The ring shown is made in 14k yellow gold in a size 5. It features a certified 1.54 carat lab grown oval yellow diamond with Y–Z color, VS1 clarity, Excellent cut and Excellent polish. It is accented with approximately 0.43 carats of lab grown white round and pear shaped diamonds.

If you require a different metal or have custom changes you’d like to make, please email me at admin@miteramade.com and I would be happy to help you.

While designed with engagement in mind, the Betsy ring also makes a meaningful gift for any occasion—anniversary, birthday, graduation, or simply something special for yourself.

All lab diamonds come with either an IGI or AGA certificate.

**Please place ring size in the notes at checkout***

Our production time is a maximum of 40 business days before being mailed out for this particular ring.

I'm SO excited that you're considering my help on your jewelry making journey! 🎉 Before we get started please read the entire section below so you know a little more about the details.

I keep my class sizes small to give you plenty of one-on-one attention which is something that I think makes my classes so effective. For my Introduction To Wax Carving class only, the minimum enrollment is 2 students. If I don’t reach this number, I unfortunately would be operating at a loss and would need to cancel the class. I absolutely understand how inconvenient that is but can guarantee that you will let you know at least 14 days before the class date so you can adjust any travel plans.

If you’re traveling from out of town and taking the intro to wax carving class, I recommend waiting to book flights or non-refundable accommodations until after you receive my Class Confirmation Email, which is sent once the class is officially a go, 14 days in advance.

My goal is to make your class experience smooth, inspiring, and worth every minute — and that starts with clear communication. I have an entire blog post on traveling to the area, airports, places to stay, eat, shop, etc.. You can read all about it here.

Cancellations & Refunds:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the class date: Full refund.

  • Cancellations made 7–13 days before the class date: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class date: Non-refundable.

  • You may transfer your spot to another person at no additional cost but please just email me their name and information before class.

Minimum Enrollment:
Intro to Wax carving classes require a minimum of 2 to run. If I must cancel due to low enrollment, I will notify you no later than 14 days before the class date. You’ll have the choice of a full refund or credit toward a future class.

Missed Classes:
Due to the small, hands-on format, I cannot offer make-up sessions for missed classes.

Safety & Dress Code:

  • Closed-toe shoes are recommended but not required (I usually don't wear close toes shoes but you know, technicallllyyyy you should. That said, we are all adults, just take care of what you care about).

  • Long hair should be tied back to avoid incidents with rotary tools but same as before, just be careful.

  • Avoid loose clothing.

  • Safety glasses and respirators will be provided but please feel to bring your own if you'd like.

Arrival:
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early (I have a coffee machine and creamer if you'd like to make some coffee) so we can start on time.

I received my earrings today and between the packaging and handwritten note, I can tell so much care was put into my order. The earrings are so comfortable and so lightweight. I’ve received so many compliments on my earrings, to include my daughter who absolutely loves them! They definitely gave me the confidence boost I needed today!
