Pricing

Custom jewelry requires a lot of individual time and attention which is why I only accept a small number of customs per month and require a minimum starting amount for custom designs.

  • Engagement rings start at $2,000 (not including the center stone)
  • All other custom items start at $1,500 (not including gems)
  • All custom orders will require a $250 non-refundable deposit to start the design process.
  • Once the design is approved, an approximated 50% non-refundable deposit will be paid before ordering gemstones and metal needed.

I'm more than happy to customize a piece I already make. Whether that is a different metal type, gemstone or even just making small tweaks to the design itself, I can make it happen!

All of my items are hand carved in wax and there is no computer aided design at all. If you are local you can either stop into my studio in Pocatello (by appointment ideally) or I will send you photos and videos as it is being made.

I currently work with 10k, 14k and 18 yellow gold, 14k & 18k rose gold or 14k & 18k white gold (palladium white).

I love working with both so that will be completely your choice. We can source nearly any diamond quality, size, and shape— lab-grown or natural, to suit your preferences. We do not typically accept customer-provided diamonds unless they are heirloom pieces larger than 0.5 carats. For those who wish to use their own heirloom diamonds, a small fee will apply for our services.

I can work with client supplied stones but they must be pre-approved. Unfortunately, I can’t assume liability for customer stones during casting/setting.

What are the steps in the entire process?

  1. Inquiry
    Fill out the Custom Inquiry form with what you’re looking for (ring/pendant/earrings), your budget, timeline, and inspiration photos.
  2. Fit Check & Rough Range
    I will review your ideas within 5 business days and confirm that we are a good match and give a ballpark estimate.
  3. Design Consult
    I will schedule a 30 minute call or in-studio chat to align on style, stones, metal, and size.
  4. Quote & Deposit
    You’ll receive a formal quote within 10 business days from your appointment and a $250 design deposit will be sent to start the custom design process and sourcing of gemstones.
  5. Model & Approval
    I will create a wax model mock up for approval. One revision is included; additional changes may incur a fee. Time may vary on this depending on design and sourcing of gemstones. Once design is approved, a 50% deposit will be emailed for payment.
  6. Crafting & Casting
    I hand-carve, cast, and set stones (stones-in-place when appropriate), then finish and polish.
  7. Progress Updates
    Expect 1–2 checkpoints (photos or in-person) during the build.
  8. Final Finish & Balance
    I complete polishing and quality checks. Remaining balance will be due before pickup or shipping.
  9. Pickup/Shipping & Care
    You can pick up in studio or opt for insured shipping. I’ll share care tips and recommended maintenance based on metal and gems chosen.

Typical timeline: 6-10 weeks depending on complexity and current queue. Let me know if you have a need for an item to be rushed and I am more than happy to accommodate for a fee seeing that the timeline needed is doable.
