Shipping Policy
We offer FREE standard shipping on all purchases of $300 or more!
We currently ship within the US and offer international shipping to many other countries.
Shipping & packaging fees within the US are mailed with tracked shipping for a $5 flat rate! All international orders are mailed tracked as well and rates are based off of USPS or UPS rates.
Mitera Made is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Mitera Made is also not responsible for additional duty and import taxes that may be charged by the receiving country.
Because most sterling silver or gold items are handmade to order or made in small batches, please allow 20 business days for order fulfillment. I try to get orders fulfilled long before 20 business days, however, 20 days is the longest it would ever take.
For packages being delivered within the Us, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery, and for international orders, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for completed shipping as the mail can run slowly, especially due to recent world events.

Return & Exchange Policy
Mitera Made sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. This is our policy because once this item is sent to you, for health and sanitation reasons, we can not resell the piece. So please take the time you need to choose something that you think will work best for you.
In regards to rings, the size that will be made is the size that you request. Some tips for choosing your sizing accurately would be to buy a cheap ring sizer on Amazon ($1-$2) and double check your size before ordering. It's best not to size your fingers when you are too hot or too cold as this will affect the size of your fingers.
If an item is damaged as a result of quality or got damaged during shipping (which can happen on the long treks across the pond), customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Mitera Made reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
