We currently ship within the US and offer international shipping to the UK, EU, Canada, Japan China and Australia.
All packages are mailed tracked. I completely acknowledge that tracked shipping can be pricy if you are international, I really wish I had an ounce of control over those prices, however, the mail service is not perfect and can/have lost packages which I am not responsible for. I hate seeing you also punished for lost or stolen mail and it is not practical for me to replace expensive jewelry for free. The solution is always tracked shipping so we can both track your new baby all the way home!
If you receive free shipping by meeting the $300 threshold, your package will be sent tracked.
All orders are crafted and shipped from the Idaho. If you are overseas, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your package to be received; the mail has been especially slow lately.
All jewelry is made to order. Please allow 10 business days for your pieces to be made and shipped to you. I make everything to order to minimize waste.
How to Care for your Jewelry
Sterling Silver and 10k are durable metals, however, all pieces are still handmade art, and like anything, they can be scratched or broken if not handled with care.
Sterling silver can tarnishes when exposed to salty air, chlorine, sulfur, humidity, perspiration, cosmetics, household bleach and other strong chemicals.
To prevent tarnish as much as possible, clean it regularly with sudsy warm water or using the polishing cloth that will come with your item.
We also recommend that you store your fine jewelry in a safe, dry place when cleaning, using lotion, hair products, fragrances and other cosmetics. Changes in body chemistry can also effect the tarnish rate on your sterling silver jewelry. Amino Acids in the perspiration contain sulfur or sulfides and the presence of sulfur or sulfides accelerates the rate of tarnish. If taken care of properly, your sterling silver and gold Jewelry can last a lifetime.

How often do you restock?
Because we are a one woman show, every item is made in small batches. But no worries! If you see something that you like, we will do our best to make sure you get it by restocking every Friday. Please note, some items have unique findings that can make them an exception to this rule due to demand vs shipping time.
How often are new collections released?
I try and create a new collection at the beginning of every month, however it doesn't always work out as planned. The best way to keep up with new collections to subscribe to my newsletter or follow me on Instagram where I post updates regularly @miteramade.
How do I know what my ring size is?
It is important to have a good idea on your size, because the size you order is what I will make and, unfortunately, it will not be able to be resized. The safest way to get this right the first time, is to buy a cheap ring sizer on Amazon ($1-$2) and double check your size before ordering.
There are also many videos on youtube that involve paper rings and measuring, but Amazon ring sizers are alot more accurate.
***Tip***
It's best not to size your fingers when you are too hot or too cold as this will affect the size of your fingers.
